Written for both guys and girls, each reflection in this short workbook will teach teens how to be real with themselves, with those around them, and most importantly with God. Exploring themes that help them relate to everyday life will give them the strength and insight they need to live in the freedom God has called them to live! The layout is conversational and will allow teens to complete daily reflections throughout the week, then come together with a small group. Small group discussion questions, placed in back of the study, allow for easy facilitation either with an adult or group of teens themselves. However, if a small group is not accessible, the study can easily be done without one.
